Beef Skirt steak is traditionally used in the making of Cornish Pasties, where the meat is diced and put into the pastry before cooking.
It is also a tasty alternative to traditional steaks. Best fried in a piece, and then sliced across the grain (as in the photo), it is tender and delicious.
Grass Fed, Free Range Beef, reared on the chalk hills of Wiltshire, we hang our beef on the bone for a minimum of two weeks to improve flavour and eating quality. 1 pack serves 2-3 people.
