100% Grass fed lamb is reared by Martin Jennings, of Pitcombe, on the outskirts of Bruton.
After carefully selecting the best lambs, we mature the carcass by hanging for a minimum of 20 days.
The end result is a very tender piece of meat with unrivalled flavour. Our customers tell us this is the best lamb they have ever tasted!
