Prime Grass fed Beef from Salisbury Plain is hung for a minimum of 14 days to develop flavour and tenderness. During the hanging process the carcase loses a lot of liquid, resulting in a steak that shrinks less than beef from the supermarket! Each steak is 225g(8oz) and serves one.
