Smokey fish cake (150g each) ready to cook with our organic fed rainbow trout from our bio-symbiotic farm and smoked on the farm.
We recommend deep fry in oil of your choice about about 180'c for about 8-10mins for a crispy coating and soft centre. Alternatively cook in the oven at 200'c for 15 minutes.
Ingredients: oak smoked trout, potato, organic egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, spice.
