Cavendish Cooks - Chicken, Leek & Smoked Pancetta Pie
We use ethically reared chicken from Stuart at Castlemead Poultry in Radstock, and a smoked pancetta. The pie is filled with fresh veggies - leeks, mushrooms & carrots. We carefully make a light, white wine gravy and snuggle all this under a puff pastry top.
Just add our Buttery mashed Potato, Buttery Peas & Leeks or Cauliflower Cheese for a perfect easy supper. Serves 1 .
