Whenever we cook this fresh gingery & garlicky, unami rice as an accompaniment for Japanese Miso Chicken we ALWAYS have to have this rice just on its own for our lunch too. We LOVE it!
Obviously this goes perfectly with our Japanese Chicken - and we eat it too with lots of other dishes - Dhal, Best Ever Steak Chilli, Curries. We might even rustle up some freshly stir fried vegetables - it’s simply yummy and, like us, you won’t be able to stop eating it!
