Each & every meatball is hand rolled by us!
We hand mix local beef and pork mince, fresh basil, lemon zest, parsley, fennels seeds, soft breadcrumbs & Cheddar cheese.
Into the oven they go, and after they’re nicely cooked we cover them in our low and slow roasted tomato and fresh basil sauce.
For an easy quick supper just add pasta.
