Cavendish Cooks of Bath - Bouef Bourguignon (Gluten Free Recipe)
Slowly cooked in the traditional French style for a silkily rich deep sauce with tender beef, shallots, carrot batons, mushrooms and pancetta.
We source our beef from Terrys of Bath, and vegetables from Eades the Greengrocers who are local growers. We use a gluten free vegan stock too.
Bouef Bourguignon loves to be served with a mash (try our Wholegrain Mustard, or Buttery Mash) and some green vegetables - try our Buttery Peas and Leeks or choose some local veg from Vallis - delicious!
