Cavendish Cooks of Bath - Chicken Smoked Pancetta Leek Pie

This is such a lovely pie.
We use tenderly cooked ethically reared chicken from Stuart at Castlemead Poultry in Radstock, and a smoked pancetta. The fresh veg comes from local growers Eades of Bath - leeks, shallots & carrots. We carefully make a light, reduced red wine gravy and snuggle all this under a puff pastry top.
Just add our Mashed Potato, Buttery Peas & Leeks or Cauliflower Cheese for a perfect easy supper. Serves 1 or 2 with Sides.
