Definitely a favourite mid week supper with us at Cavendish Cooks
Made with the leanest finest Hartley Farm beef mince. Cooked carefully with local carrots, swedes & turnips, onions, fresh rosemary and red wine. We season with gluten free Tamari & Hendersons sauce and top with hand mashed creamy potato sprinkled with Cheddar Cheese.
Perfect with our Cauliflower Cheese & Buttery Peas & Leeks.
(In fact it's our favourite Monday night TV supper in front of University Challenge. And yes, being geeky, we do keep score!)
