A fragrant traditional hot Green Thai curry.
We make a homemade curry paste from scratch using fresh green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, shallots zingy limes & coriander and gently simmer this with coconut milk. We dice & gently poach tender Castlemead chicken breasts and then add fine green beans, button Mushrooms & water chestnuts.
Perfect served with our Basmati or Fresh Ginger Rice (order separately)
