We use Wing of St Mawes, for the finest quality sustainably caught fish.
We choose a selection of what’s best from the catch that week.
Spankingly fresh salmon is always in our pie, together with a combination of either haddock, ling, pollock, cod or coley.
We’re proud of the velvety lemon zested, parsley flecked white sauce we cook (we add a touch of Dijon mustard too). The sauce cosily envelops the fish, sautéed squeaky green leeks & peas. We top the pie with creamy hand mashed potato. Comfort food at its best!
