New for winter! Our deliciously savoury, rich yet light lasagne.
Slowly roasted pumpkins are layered with fresh lasagne and locally grown spinach which we lightly wilt, rough hand chop and then cook with butter and fresh nutmeg to give a background spiced warmth. We infuse the milk for our creamy béchamel sauce. with bay, onion, peppercorns and a whisper of mace. We use an Italian vegetarian alternative to Parmesan cheese, together with a vegetarian Mozzarella to bring a richness of flavour and that lovely bubbly browned topping.
Perfect for a relaxed supper by the fireside.
