Louisebees - Exmoor Bees' Raw Ling Heather Honey 248Gm / 8Oz
We are lucky enough to have Exmoor National Park in Somerset.
The bees are taken there on holiday for about 4 weeks at the end of the summer, to forage on the Ling Heather which flowers in August and September much later than the Bell Heather.
The result is an amazing, rich (and rare) honey. It tends to be thixotropic (jelly like) and doesn't easily crystallise.
We don't pasteurise our honey and it's only coarsely filtered to remove any debris. All that the bees put in should remain.
Honey is not suitable for infants under 18 months.
Shelf Life: 2 Years
