Roar Cafe - Cashew Raw-Zarella
Stretchy fresh vegan cheese without any weird ingredients!
Wonderful in a Caprese salad, a sarnie or on top of raw pizzas... It really has to be tasted to be believed.
We make our mozzarella style cheese with activated cashews; soaking makes them more digestible and nutritious. We add psyllium for a boost of fibre. There's also a little drizzle of oil from our family's olive trees in Greece in the mix!
Ingredients: Cashews, psyllium, olive oil, lemon juice, salt
Once home, please transfer to an airtight container in the fridge.
