Vallis Veg - Cooking Greens Grown At Vallis Veg

A mix of pak choi, Chinese cabbage, mispoona, komatsuna and nine-headed bird (an heirloom mustard leaf from southern China) grown here in our polytunnels at Vallis Veg. Oriental greens ensure a supply of fresh, tasty leaves throughout the cold winter months - lightly stir fry, stems and all, and season with soy, chilli and ginger. When the leaves get bigger we pop the stems in for a couple of minutes before the leaves to cook through.
