A weird but wonderful variety of squash, which we really love! Grown organically in Somerset. So called because the flesh turns spaghetti-like when roasted. Our favourite way to eat it is to slice it in half lengthways and roast it in the oven with some olive oil, and then scrape out the flesh which turns into vegetable spagetti! Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil, or a tangy pasta sauce, delicious!
Sold by the 1kg, will come as a whole squash or cut as appropriate.
