Wolf Wine - Shipshape Small Batch Gin 500Ml

Shipshape and Bristol fashion is a new craft gin distilled and bottled in Long Ashton. Unlike most 'craft' gins on the UK market, Shipchase do everything themselves from start to finish. The base spirit is distilled from grain using a single copper pot still. Carefully selected botanicals of juniper, grapefruit, fennel and honey (all of which are locally sourced) are vapour macerated resulting in a gin that is pure and refined. This is delicate and smooth offering soft notes of spice and flower. Garnish with orange peel and fennel tips. (41% ABV)
